Terms of the game

1. The promoter is Badri Production LTD, trading as Prime Integrative Health, 158 Heath Park Road, Heath Park, Romford, London RM2 5XL.

2. The game "Find Nicolae" runs from the day it opens on the promoter's website until 23:59 UK time on 30 November 2026 (the closing date). Games started after the closing date do not count.

3. The game is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families.

4. The game is free. No purchase is necessary to play or to receive the free test.

5. To play, give your full name and email address. By starting a game you confirm that you are 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom, and that you accept these terms. Then sweep the leaves off the drains and tap a drain that is clear.

6. At the start of every game the promoter's system hides Nicolae under one of the three drains, chosen at random. Each game gives two tries. The chance of finding him in any one game is two in three, the same for every player.

7. Each person may play up to three games in any hour. The same limit also applies to each device and, more loosely, to each internet connection. Using more than one email address, or any automated means, to get round the limits or to take more than one code is not allowed, and codes obtained that way are void.

8. One code per person for the whole game, free test or discount, identified by email address.

9. When you find Nicolae you receive one of two codes:
(a) a code for one free 1771 Sensitivity Supertest, the prize of this game, of which there are 2 in total; or
(b) a discount code for 10% off any one clinical test on the promoter's website. It is money off, not a prize: the rest of the price of the test is paid as normal.
While free tests remain, each time Nicolae is found there is a fixed chance, the same for every player, that the code is for a free test; otherwise it is the 10% discount code. The result is shown on screen at once and the code is emailed to you.

10. Any free test not won by the closing date will be awarded by random draw, within 7 days of the closing date, among everyone who played and did not already receive a free test. Winners will be told by email.

11. Each code can be used once, for one test, within 30 days of being issued. The free test code is for the 1771 Sensitivity Supertest only. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another code. The free test code covers the whole price of the test; there is nothing else to pay to claim it. Tests are subject to available collection times.

12. The promoter may refuse or cancel a code for anybody who has broken these terms or given false details.

13. Your details are used to run the game and to send you your code, and are kept until 3 months after the closing date, then deleted. See the promoter's privacy policy.

14. If something outside its control stops the game running fairly, the promoter may end or change it, but will not change it in a way that is unfair to people who have already played.

15. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
