This promotion is valid from 1 August to 31 August, inclusive. To be eligible to refer, you must be an existing or former client of Prime Integrative Health, or a client who books their own appointment during the promotional period. To qualify, the referred friend must book and attend a paid Quantum Resonance Wellness Screening during the promotional period. When booking, the referred friend must provide the contact details of the person who referred them: their name, together with an email address or a phone number. Without these details the referral cannot be linked and the offer cannot be honoured. The person referring the friend will receive one (1) FREE Magic Roll. The referrer becomes eligible to receive the free gift only after the referred friend has attended their appointment and paid for it. The free gift may be delivered to the referrer's home address or collected from the clinic, at the referrer's choice. Only one free gift may be claimed per qualifying referral, unless otherwise agreed by Prime Integrative Health. The free gift is available while stocks last. If stocks are exhausted, Prime Integrative Health reserves the right to substitute the gift with an item of equal or greater value. The free gift has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product or service. Cancellations, missed appointments, or appointments rescheduled outside the promotional period will not qualify for the offer. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless expressly stated. Prime Integrative Health reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
